To ensure quality, clarity, and a smooth experience for both sides, all orders follow the process below.

We reply within 24–48 hours with availability, pricing, and estimated production time.
3. Order Confirmation & Invoice
After confirming the details, we issue an official invoice.
Production begins only after payment is confirmed.
For commissioned works, an advance payment may be required.
4. Payment Methods
We offer flexible payment options depending on your location:

All payments are processed securely and documented.
5. Production & Delivery
Each piece is crafted by hand.
Estimated production time varies between 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
Worldwide insured shipping is available. Tracking details are provided once the artwork is shipped.
Custom Works & Returns
Because all artworks are unique or made to order, returns are not accepted, except in the case of damage during transport.
